Christopher putting mommy in her place

So, Daddy came home from work at 9 pm and we were all trying to talk to him at once. The boys were asking to watch dbd's and he was asking about our day. So I tried to tell him about my trip to Townsend to pick up clothes that I bought off of Craig's list. Christopher (very matter of factly) turns to me and says, and I quote - Mom, why don't you go in the palah, sit down and rewax. I am trying to talk to my daddy. It took everything in my power not to fall on the floor peeing my pants.

Jonathan Cooking

We went to Walmart today and Jonathan wanted to get Kool Aid. So he picked out the one he wanted and after we got home he found it in the bags and wanted to "cook". So I got the sugar, he lugged the water over and we started cooking. He was so excited about cooking that he got mad when I poured him a cup to drink.

Boys making carpet Angels

We had a very busy day today and Jonathan felt it the most. We got up at 830 and were out of the house by 845. We picked up Auntie Karyn and were off to Litchfield to pick up our groceries. We went back to Karyn's with Dunk's Iced Coffee for Uncle Bill, Hot White Chocolate for Auntie Karyn and an extra large Tea for me! And of course Smunchkins for the kids. The kids played for a little while, Madelyn does NOT like sharing and she puts her future husband right in his place. We headed home and Auntie Sa came over to have me do her taxes. Jonathan almost knock Auntie over giving her a running hug. She brought the kids candy, which they always LOVE. Auntie stayed for a while and headed out a little before Nana and Bampy arrived. Nae is on school vacation and couldn't get out of here fast enough. Of course, Nana had to clean her room before she left and visit with the boys and yes more snacks. Fruit by the Foot and peanut butter crackers. They left just in time for Granny and Gramps to visit. It was like grand central station yesterday. They brought prizes but not food, baseball glove for Christopher that Granny scored for $1.50 at the thrift store and a Potty book for Jonathan. They were happy, Jonathan had passed out on the floor between Nana and Bampy's visit and Granny and Gramps. SO Gramps was playing catch with Christopher and the ball got loose, Christopher ran to get it and can you guess what happened next? You betcha, Christopher trampled over his brother and woke him up. Granny and Gramps headed out and Daddy came home a few minutes later. We had more company yesterday and the whole month of February combined.

We have a new Clubfoot Baby in the Family

Above is our newest addition to the family. He is a clubfooted Carebear named Always there Bear. Jonathan has been giving me a hard time putting his shoes on at night. The other night I had to explain to him that when he was born that his feet were crooked and we went to see a special doctor that fixed them for him. Now to keep his feet from going crooked again he needs to wear these shoes everynight. So Steve and I figured that we would try out putting his old shoes on a teddy bear. He loves the Carebear and it worked. I put Jonathan's shoes on last night without incident and Always there Bear is very happy with his shoes on.

Penny for the Poor!

We have decided to try begging - maybe we can earn some extra ca$h, LOL. Here are some cute pictures of Jonathan and his friends.

Christopher napping

Later in life I will be murdered by my children for the pictures that I take of them.

Jonathan and Bear

Here is Jonathan on the FREEZING cold kitchen floor. He came out with blanket and bear and told me that he was cold and needed to go to sleep. Notice the boots!!!
The past two weekends we have had some company. Our old neighbor Kaylie has come to visit. The boys kids love her and she is a great helper, my own personal Cinderellie. She loves to clean. Which is always good around here!
