Jonathan's checkup today
Jonathan had his 3 year old check up today. He is 3 feet even and 30 pounds. He is in the 15th percentile for height and 34th percentile for weight. So he is short and fat, like I didn't know that. He hit all of his miles stones that are expected of a 3 year old except - he doesn't dress and undress himself and when walking up the stairs he does not alternate his feet.
The doctor actually thought I was kidding when I said that he did not dress himself. He said to me, is that because you don't let him and I said ah no, if he has to potty he will stand in front of me dancing telling me - I gotta pee, I gotta pee. I told him that they are both lazy, I have to dress them both and I do try to make them do it themselves, but they are their father and don't like to do anything.
We are not very concerned about his gross motor when it comes to his feet. I am just happy that he walks period - with the clubfeet and all.

Cuck n Cheese
On Friday, Jonathan's Birsday, we went to Chuck E. Cheese. (the title is how Jonathan says it) The kids had a ball. Jonathan got a balloon, crown and 3 tokens for his birthday. We had pizza and sodas, then went off to play. Jonathan loved the outrun game. He sat on my lap, I pushed the gas pedal and he drove. We played it 10 times in a row. He just kept saying again again! Of course, I forgot my camera - again - I know - LOOOSSERR! But the boys did have a great time, we had 105 tokens to share. When we got home we had Jonathan's favorite dinner - Chinese food! Isn't it cool that Jonathan's favorite is mom and dad's favorite too.

Jonathan turned 3 on Friday. On Thursday night while Uncle Mike was getting his tattoo I was going to have everyone up for cake. I decided against it when I thought about adding more people to the house and poor Michael having everyone watch him get his first tattoo. So after the tattoo was done and we cleaned up a bit. Me, Steve, Mike, Julie and the boys had cake. I guess I have been lazy with the camera because I never got a picture of anyone else that day.
