April 16, 2008

Ten years ago today my beautiful niece Renee Marie was born in the afternoon to my sister Kerri at Winchester Hospital. Renee grows everyday and is becoming more and more like her mom with each passing day. Her passion for animals is incredible. Her need to know everything is just as annoying. Renee - I know your mom is watching down on you and she is very proud of your shining moments and in your not so shiny moments she is trying to guide you in the right direction. I hope that you have a most wonderful day. All our love, Auntie Dawn, Uncle Steve, Christopher and Jonathan

My Dear Sister Kerri

5 long years have passed and you are never far from my thoughts. I have two tattoos to remind myself of you. I miss you dearly and I am sorry that we never got to be adults together. Watch over us, take care of us, and when our time comes show us the way to you. Love you always. Dawn-Marie

Look what I found today

I decided to vacuum my truck today. I pulled out the kid's car seats, mats and cargo area mat. I got the vacuum going and while I was vac'ing under the passenger front seat I found this....A Bullet.....It is a Smith and Wesson 40 Gold Hollow Point Bullet....Anyone that knows me knows that I am dead set against guns, any guns, all guns. I was so weirded out by it. Oh My Gosh....The kids were intrigued but I wouldn't let them near it.

So while having work done at the house.....

I found gingerbread houses that Auntie Melissa gave us last Christmas. Well anyway ~ I took sometime on Saturday and put them together. We then spent time putting some decorations on them and make them into Easter Houses instead of Christmas themed houses. The kids had a great time. Dad even got into the mood of the evening. Jonathan ate more than he place on the house. The frosting that came in with the house was green. Then we used regular frosting to decorate the houses. Fun Fun FUN Nice face Daddy.

Happy Birthday to Steve and ME

Today is Steve's 36th and my 33rd birthday. Just thought I would share that!
