Day out with the Kids!

So today we ventured out with Auntie Ka-wyn - for those who don't know who this is it is my friend Karyn and her daughter's name is Madelyn. Well Auntie found some things on Craigs list - shhhh don't tell her husband Billy - so we needed to venture to Hooksett and Nashua. The directions to Hooksett were great, except that we drove by Nicdonilds (McDonalds) and all the kids started hooting. We got to the house got the carriage and headed off to Nicdonilds. One 10 piece nugget meal and 3 juices and we are off to Nashua. Had to stop on the side of the rode cuz poor pitipur (Christopher, the other name is what Jonathan calls him) was stuck in the back and needed nuggets. Head down the highway and he decides that he needs more. Auntie Ka-wyn to the rescue - She climbs over the front into the middle seat - with her ribs being crushed on the carseat because she won't turn Mademim around to face forward and she gives Christopher another nugget. We get to the PO Box and Jonasin and Mademim are done with the nuggets and Christopher gets the rest of the nuggets. We head off to Nashua. Now for anyone who knows Nashua you will know that 102 from Hudson turns into 111 west and you go through the city and over the highway to Auntie Lorraine's house. Anyway our directions read the following. Follow 102 make slight right onto Derry street. Slight right again onto 111 west, left onto Fifield St and right onto Dickerman Street. So we start calling the lady while we are in Londonderry on 102, phone is busy busy busy....We call Ka's house and have Lysie email the lady and tell her we are on our way. We follow the directions to a T, yet no Fifield Street. We again call Lysie, she emails the lady and tells the lady to call us cuz we are lost. She calls and says - uh-where are you? duhh you gave us the directions. We are now at the Greek church by the highway. She says to Ka - who - well I am driving so what does that say. I get on the phone with the lady - who probably needs directions to get to her mailbox cuz she doesn't know how to give directions to her home. Her husband is yelling in the background what the directions are but - like a typical man - won't get on the phone to give me directions. Anyway she tells me to get back on the highway head down the highway to exit 4 but she doesn't know the exit number, then directs me back to Main Street and to her house. Nice! We go to the Pheasant Lane Mall and window shop. How depressing is that, neither one of us has 2 nickels to scratch together but we go anyway. We leave there to go to the Grand Buffet in Nashua, cuz Ka has a gift certificate from 2000, yes 2000. Me, Ka, Christopher, Jonathan and Madelyn go take over the joint and the kids were awesome. Christopher decided to sit in the highchair, he ate cookies - fried wontons - Jonathan ate french fries and Madelyn ate NOTHING. Me and Ka left with bellyaches - never go hungry to an international buffet - mac n cheese doesn't mix with fried rice. I stayed with the oriental fare so I was not as sick as Ka. Anyway kids are still snoring from the car ride home so I will make the best of this quiet time and take a snooze.

some fun picts.

Typical Day

So this is my first blog attempt, be patient. Christopher went to school today - which is a miracle in itself - because he hates to get out of bed in the morning. After school he had physical therapy - he needs to work on his gross motor skills. Once we got home we had lunch, rice pilaf and spoonfuls of peanut butter, yes I know but it's carbs and protein, so I don't argue. Then the boys decided to play trains - the only thing that comes before trains is the nintendo ds, and they both kick my putootie, yes a 4 and 2 year old can beat me at games that came out when I was a child - em- ba-rass-ing! Then dinner, 3 different meals for 5 people. Renee and Jonathan had pizza, Christopher went with left over chicken nuggets and yup Peanut Butter on a spoon. And Ma and Dad had left over sauce and frozen raviolis, I know - boring you all to tears. Now I am off to put the kids to bed, hopefully I won't fall asleep before they do. But of course it will take me an hour to get the kids away from their respective toys, in jammers and into bed.
