Happy Birthday Mommy and Daddy

We had a cake on Easter while most of the family was together....It was really just an excuse to get my Baskin Robbins cake! Love em' Thanks Auntie Sa!!! Granny, Mommy and Christopher Daddy and Jonathan THE CAKE Mommy, Granny and Christopher again. Jonathan wouldn't smile. Here was a partial smile!

Easter Dinner

Uncle Fernando thought he was funny telling me that dinner was terrible.. We don't go by his opinion - he is Portuguese you know. Here is Auntie Sa and Uncle Nando - aren't they beautiful! Granny and Gramps came to dinner too! And Handsome Uncle Michael!!!

My Kitchen is almost done

John, Michelle and the kids were back today to install my countertops. John worked very hard all day. Even with us teasing him a little bit. As cliche as this sounds, there are just not enough ways to say thank you to them for all the hard work done. John climbed into cabinets today, he cut holes in the counter and his hand (just a minor flesh wound). Here are some shots of the 95% completed kitchen (needs to have dishwasher installed and the toe kick too. We are hoping to put the computer here - had to leave this space open for the furnace's cold air return. The stove used to be in the corner here. The fridge used to be where the stove is now. Dishwasher will be installed where the trash can is. You can't see it here but the fridge is in the far right corner.

We went and got hair cuts

Getting ready for the holiday we went for hair cuts...Jonathan's hair grows fast, as you could see in the wii shots.

I found Jiffy Pop while shopping the other day and I couldn't resist the trip down memory lane. The kids couldn't understand why I wasn't using the microwave. They are so Melissa's nephews.

Nichole and the kids came to visit.

Nichole came to visit and she decided to come with half the kids. Yes, she has 4 now. Alexis is 8, Julia will be 6, Jack is 1 and Bobby is almost 3 months old. She came while the kids were at school so that she didn't have to listen to Julia complain that I have no girl toys....Well dur, I only have boys so I have boy toys. I am officially a terrible friend. Although I have talked with her and kept up to date on the baby and how they are all doing, this was the first time I got to see Bobby....He is so freaking cute....Just like all her children.
